Care Specialists are experienced, licensed healthcare professionals, including RNs, MDs, and therapists with at least five years of patient care experience. Each specialist holds a certification in a specialty area such as case management, geriatrics, pediatrics, or rehabilitation, etc.

What Services can Care Specialists Provide?

Care Specialists serve as independent members of Caring Support & Solutions, LLC, providing personalized guidance to clients navigating the healthcare system. They work directly with clients to educate, locate, and advocate on specific matters.

"A Care Specialist helps you navigate the system; a Care Coach empowers you to navigate your own journey." - Dr. Butler

How are Care Specialist Services different from Care Coaching?

A Care Coach partners with you to set and achieve health and wellness goals, whether you're managing a chronic condition, adjusting to a new diagnosis, or working toward a healthier lifestyle. Coaching is client-driven: your coach holds space, asks powerful questions, and helps you find your own path forward. It answers the question: "How do I live well with what I'm facing?"
